Where do I begin... in short, Anneta & her team set up the most perfect wedding day for me & my husband. We live in Brooklyn, NY and had our wedding in Lagonisi, Greece, with a pre-party the day before at a beach bar in Varkiza in July 2022. (She planned the pre-party too - and it was the perfect way to welcome our guests to Greece!)
Planning to organize a wedding in Greece from America, especially during the Pandemic, I knew I had to hire a wedding planner. From the first zoom call we had with Anneta, whose English is perfect, there was a really great connection. She provided so many venues with reliable vendors that she has worked with before (it feels like she's worked with everyone in Greece), and was always very conscientious of our budget. She was very responsive, regardless of the 7 hour time difference, and gave really great input when we were stuck on details.
We planned a trip to Greece for a week in March (2022) to meet with Anneta, meet the vendors we had chosen and see the venue, and she set everything up very seamlessly. From travel times to each appointment, to locations for any meetings, to accommodating vendor schedules, within three days we had met everyone face to face, and felt really confident & at ease about the big day.
As for the wedding day itself, absolute bliss. She had every detail worked out perfectly, and my husband & I felt so comfortable with leaving it all to her. We had the greatest day with a fabulous energy that I wish I could duplicate year after year. Our guests love to remind us of the amazing celebration. Not to mention the decor -- everything from the floral arrangements to the flatware & lighting designs, it felt like something out of a magazine. All within our budget!
If you've gotten this far into this review, I'm happy to tell you that you should definitely schedule that meeting with Anneta and experience the professionalism & care that goes into planning your wedding/event. She's just the greatest. Highly recommend. See the photos for yourself!

We can't thank Anneta and her team at Inspired Moments enough for making our wedding day and the festivities surrounding it our dream come true.
Anneta handled the first meeting, every email and text, and each night of our wedding weekend with professionalism, a willingness to be accommodating, an earpiece in one ear, a headphone in the other, and a smile. Inspired Moments coordinated the ordering and delivering of literary everything to the venues (including the out of town guests via bus.)
They recommended the delicious caterer, an experienced bartender, and the live band and DJ. Most importantly Anneta made sure each of the vendors met all our requests, and made every effort to ensure our night was magical for not only us, but our 300+ guests.
If you are looking for a fairytale wedding in Greece, Anneta should be your author.

From the first call until the D-day, Anneta was very professional, giving us good advice, negotiating the best deals for us, always finding solutions and being flexible. We even had calls on Sunday nights ! Always available.
Anneta knows everyone at Myra hotel (our wedding venue) and she is used to organizing wedding in the region so she can easily give good advice on the venues, churches, logistics… etc.
We knew we were making the right choice from the beginning but honestly, we couldn’t imagine our wedding would be THIS perfect !
Everything went well and we had 200 guests, 3 days celebrations and a big big party !

We can't thank Anneta and her team enough for planning and delivering the wedding day of our dreams in August 2022 in Drama! My husband and I wanted to combine our Italian and Greek cultures in a Tuscany-inspired wedding celebration at a local winery. Anneta understood the brief for our event, as well as our priorities right from the beginning.
As we live in London, and I did not want to burden my family with wedding preparations we felt we needed a wedding planner. My husband is Italian and therefore we needed to work with someone who could speak English fluently. Anneta was just the right person for us - all our communications were in English, and the distance was never a problem. We wanted to be quite involved in the planning process and Anneta was super accommodating having us at her studio, as well as scheduling calls as needed and responding to our ideas. Importantly, Anneta introduced us to a team of skilled and experienced vendors who we felt were exactly the kind of people we wanted for our wedding - from the barman with his cool cocktails, to the friendly dj with the international playlists, to the delicious authentic Greek catering, to the most loving trio of musicians and everyone else involved... we would not change a single thing and could not have done it without Anneta's help and experience. Finally, Anneta effortlessly planned our beach party in Kavala the day before the wedding too.
As for the big day itself, it was a truly special experience – we had the elegant and intimate yet international wedding celebration we ever wanted and neither us nor our families/friends had to worry about a single thing - Anneta and her team had it all organised to the minute! Anneta is a professional and experienced planner who loves what she does and is fun to work with!

Maria's 30th birthday
Aneta and her team organized my 30th birthday party (aka the best birthday party EVER) in Kavala this summer (August 2023). I met Aneta and her team at my sister's beautiful wedding reception in June 2022, which was also organized by Inspired Moments Weddings & Events. Therefore, I knew who I could contact directly to organize my party. As I live in Germany, I wanted to know that the organization was in good hands.
From the very beginning, my concerns and wishes were taken seriously and treated with the appropriate seriousness. I felt seen and understood. Aneta has a unique feel for her clients' style and implements it excellently with her own suggestions. Our communication was always transparent, I knew that there were phases in which we communicated less and phases in which short agreements were necessary. Aneta was always available for me, she took the time to go through the details of the party with me every time I was in Greece.
About the party itself: My expectations and ideas were exceeded. Every little detail, the color scheme, the catering, the set-up, the location - everything was perfectly thought out and implemented.
To summarize: It was epic. Aneta and her team have the talent to turn your own wishes and ideas into reality like this and even better. You get the feeling, Aneta and her team outdid themselves from event to event. Accordingly, all the service providers with whom she co-operates work to perfection.
My family, friends and I could ONLY enjoy the party, soak up the unique moments and celebrate.
