Before that, we conceptualize your event, developing an overall "look & feel", representing your style and personality.


We keep our communication in fine-tuning, sharing and updating wedding files, "to do lists" "budget sheets" "timelines" "guests lists". We arrange regular calls, on-site meetings, venue inspections, set up rehearsals, vendor briefings etc.

In order to start planning your dream-event, a first meeting or skype call is essential to us, as we would love to get to know you better and learn about your vision.


The first draft of your wedding styling along with a cost estimation will follow and once you have decided we are a perfect match, we tie the knot by filling up a contract and begin the planning process!
